Alumni Sharing Session: Unlock Your Soft Skills & Bridge the Workplace Gap

Do certain careers feel out of reach? Especially for humanities and liberal arts students, do you unconsciously limit your options?

Don't underestimate your soft skills! Tien-Yin Chin, a recent graduate of our Graduate Program in Digital Content and Technologies, reminds us that school is your last window for free exploration before the rapid, mandatory socialization of the workplace.

Now a Product Manager (PM), she highlights that a PM's true edge lies in often-overlooked soft skills: communication and critical decision-making. PMs can grasp the entire workflow without strict technical barriers—which is exactly why many enterprise Business Unit (BU) Heads start as PMs.

Join us to hear her firsthand insights on transitioning from fresh graduate to workplace professional!
