Announcement: 2025 Second Round Ministry of Education “Dream Building through Overseas Study” and “New Southbound Dream Building through Overseas Study” Programs
Reminder: To coordinate with the university’s submission schedule, faculty members intending to apply are kindly requested to submit both hardcopy and electronic versions of their project proposals to the College by Monday, August 11, 2025, to facilitate discussion and ranking for recommendation.
Application Procedures (Summary):
Applications must be submitted by full-time NCCU faculty members as project leaders, with intent communicated to their respective colleges.
1.By August 20, 2025, each college shall consolidate and stamp the recommendation forms and hardcopy project proposals, then submit them along with electronic files to the Office of Research and Development.
2.Each college may submit up to 3 proposals for the “Dream Building through Overseas Study” program.
※If recommending more than 2 proposals, colleges must rank the submissions and provide brief justifications.
※For the “New Southbound Dream Building through Overseas Study” program, there is no limit on the number of proposals and no ranking required
