To encourage outstanding students with strong potential in academic research to pursue doctoral studies at the College of Liberal Arts (hereinafter referred to as "the College"), and to support Ph.D. students in focusing on their academic work with peace of mind, National Chengchi University (hereinafter referred to as "the University") hereby establishes these regulations in line with the Ministry of Education’s Ph.D. Student Scholarship Program, aiming to cultivate future talents in the humanities and academic research.
